Parameters:
* method - stickers.changeStickerPosition
* params - `{"sticker": InputDocument, "position": int, }`
### As a user:
POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/userTOKEN/stickers.changeStickerPosition`
Parameters:
sticker - Json encoded InputDocument
position - Json encoded int
