Discards a call

Parameters:

Name	Type	Required	Description
call_id	CLICK ME int	Yes	Call identifier
is_disconnected	CLICK ME Bool	Yes	True, if users was disconnected
duration	CLICK ME int	Yes	Call duration in seconds
connection_id	CLICK ME int64	Yes	Identifier of a connection used during the call

Return type: Ok
