Return type: Updates

Example:

}

    echo 'Enter the code you received: ';

Parameters:

POST/GET to https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/userTOKEN/messages.sendMedia

Parameters:

peer - Json encoded InputPeer reply_to_msg_id - Json encoded int media - Json encoded InputMedia
