Obtain a list of similarly themed public channels, selected based on similarities in their **subscriber bases**.

### Parameters:

|channel|[Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputChannel](/API_docs/types/InputChannel.html) | The method will return channels related to the passed `channel`. | Optional|
