Join a group call

Parameters:

muted	Bool	If set, the user will be muted by default upon joining.	Optional
video_stopped	Bool	If set, the user's video will be disabled by default upon joining.	Optional
call	InputGroupCall	The group call	Yes
join_as	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer	Join the group call, presenting yourself as the specified user/channel	Optional
invite_hash	string	The invitation hash from the invite link », if provided allows speaking in a livestream or muted group chat.	Optional
params	DataJSON	WebRTC parameters	Yes
