b3332184cf Minor cleanups to emulative lexer 
Be consistent about version numbers. We'll only emulate until
beta1 of a release, as that's the feature freeze release.

70077039b4 Add Scalar\MagicConst->getName() 
Return magic constant name, e.g. __CLASS__.

Resolves #95.
