Installing Development Dependencies

Dependencies are managed via Composer.

Download the composer.phar executable as per the Composer Download Instructions, e.g. by running
```
curl -sS https://getcomposer.org/installer | php
```
Install Dependencies
```
php composer.phar install --dev
```
