Do not consider isset checks on static properties as redundant (#5525) 
* Do not consider isset checks on static properties as redundant

Unlike normal properties, static properties do not have a prescribed
initialization sequence, so they can always be uninitialized (or unset).
Thus `isset()` checks on them are never redundant.

Fixes vimeo/psalm#5489

Do not let string subtypes subsume class-strings (#5497) 
Previously, Psalm would treat unions like `class-string|numeric-string`
as `numeric-string`, while the only case when string should subsume
`class-string` is when we're combining `class-string` with non-specific
`string`.

Property invariance checks were already disabled for template
properties, this also disabled the checks for arrays, lists,
class-string-maps, and iterables that contain templates.

Allow undefined variable detection in arrow functions (#5343) 
Previously Psalm would assume that any variable it sees in the arrow
function body is defined (and mixed, if it's not available in the outer
scope). This prevented undefined variable detection. Dropping that
assumption allows it to work.

Fix array_key_exists() with all int literal keys (#5197) 
When checking code like the following:

```
<?php

function checkNegated(string $key): void {
    $arr = [
        0 => "foo",
        1 => "bar",
    ];

    if (!array_key_exists($key, $arr)) {
        printf("not found\n");
    }
}

function check(string $key): void {
    $arr = [
        0 => "foo",
        1 => "bar",
    ];

    if (array_key_exists($key, $arr)) {
        printf("found\n");
    }
}
```

the `if` in `checkNegated` would cause:

```
ERROR: RedundantCondition - 9:10 - Type string for $key is never =int(0)
```

This happens when the array keys are all int literals, but the "needle"
is a string.

`array_key_exists()` uses a loose equality comparison, but the generated
assertions for this specific case
(`AssertionFinder::getArrayKeyExistsAssertions`) was generating strict
equality clauses. This commit fixes it by changing the generated clause
from `=` to `~`.

Remove file map cache when re-analyzing files (#5084) 
* Remove file map cache when re-analyzing files

When the project is re-analyzed under the single thread condition (not using a process pool), the filemaps are not cleared before re-analyzing files. This means that file maps only get appended to. If you delete the contents of a file via the LSP, the file map will still be populated with all the old values for example.

In doing this I had to write a few more tests to check my assumptions too, so adding those additional tests.

* #4997 updated `count()` to support `\SimpleXmlElement` and `\ResourceBundle` counting, as well as handling hardcoded 2-element-arrays cases

This patch:

 * adds support for `count(\SimpleXmlElement)` (https://www.php.net/manual/en/simplexmlelement.count.php)
 * adds support for `count(\ResourceBundle)` (https://www.php.net/manual/en/resourcebundle.count.php)
 * removes usage of global constants from stub (not supported - see https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.count.php)
 * adds support for identifying fixed-element-count arrays, for example `count(callable&array)`, which is always `2`

* #4997 adapted `FunctionCallReturnTypeFetcher` to infer `TPositiveInt` for `count(TNonEmptyArray)` and `count(TNonEmptyList)`

* The `FunctionCallReturnTypeFetcher` is responsible for defining the precise type of a `\count(T)`
expression when given a `T`, so we baked the whole type resolution for `positive-int`, `0` and
`positive-int|0` directly in there.

While this complicates things, it is also true that it is not possible right now (for the stubs)
to provide the level of detail around `count()` that is required by the type inference system
for such a complex function with so many different semantics.

Test parallelization (#4045) 
* Run tests in random order

Being able to run tests in any order is a pre-requisite for being able
to run them in parallel.

* Reset type coverage between tests, fix affected tests

* Reset parser and lexer between test runs and on php version change

Previously lexer was reset, but parser kept the reference to the old
one, and reference to the parser was kept by StatementsProvider. This
resulted in order-dependent tests - if the parser was first initialized
with phpVersion set to 7.4 then arrow functions worked fine, but were
failing when the parser was initially constructed with settings for 7.3

This can be demonstrated on current master by upgrading to
nikic/php-parser:4.9 and running:

```
vendor/bin/phpunit --no-coverage --filter="inferredArgArrowFunction" tests/ClosureTest.php
```

Now all tests using PHP 7.4 features must set the PHP version
accordingly.

* Marked more tests using 7.4 syntax

* Reset newline-between-annotation flag between tests

* Resolve real paths before passing them to checkPaths

When checkPaths is called from psalm.php the paths are resolved, so we
just mimicking SUT behaviour here.

* Restore newline-between-annotations in DocCommentTest

* Tweak Appveyor caches

* Tweak TravisCI caches

* Tweak CircleCI caches

* Run tests in parallel

Use `vendor/bin/paratest` instead of `vendor/bin/phpunit`

* Use default paratest runner on Windows

WrapperRunner is not supported on Windows.

* TRAVIS_TAG could be empty

* Restore appveyor conditional caching

Fix File-related analysis plugin hooks (#3970) 
This change does a few things:

* Renames `BeforeAnalyzeFileInterface` to `BeforeFileAnalysisInterface`.
* Adds a few more parameters to `BeforeFileAnalysisInterface`.
* Since the analysis was never called due to a bug, the above two
  changes are safe to do.
* Fix the above-mentioned bug, and now adds the hooks to the config.
* Update the documentation about the File-related analysis plugin hooks.
* Add a test to ensure that this does not break again in the future.

Resolve require_once command_functions.php (#3961) 
Considering the test-suite tests the code from src paired with tests,
not the working directory (or even worse the overall include_path runtime
setting) should lead to relative path resolution, but just the relative
location to the path of the test itself.

Fix by making use of the __DIR__ constant to anchor the relative location
turning it into an absolute path.

Fix PSR-4 deprecation notices on composer install (#3959) 
Previously when checking out the repository and installing the source
package via `$ composer install` composer did spill deprecation notices for
four files not complying with the PSR-4 auto-loading standard.

This is a minor issue, composer install works and can be addressed by
fixing name-spaces (all of those three are in tests).

For the one function test, fixing the directory structure / dirname of the
(single) affected function test (fourth file).

Simplify error messages and implementation for internal errors (#3881) 
* Use more consistent language for Internal errors

There's no meaningful distinction between something being internal and
being 'marked as internal'.

* Rename property psalm_internal to internal in all storage classes

This property holds metadata that can be set using either @internal
or @psalm-internal in docblocks

* Change types of internal properties in storage from ?string to string

Simpler type is easier to handle. Non-internal methods can be considered
to be internal to the entire universe of PHP code, i.e. that code whose
namespace starts with the empty string. It's not a special case.

Fix multiple issues with @internal and @psalm-internal (#3841) 
* Add passing tests for property fetch on an @internal class

I'm trying to work out why the equivilent InvalidCodeParse test is
failing for PsalmInternal

* Treat all properties of a psalm-internal class as psalm-internal

* Remove all $internal properties from storage - use psalm_internal instead

@internal can be represented as internal to the namespace root, avoiding
the need to check for both properties in storage later.

* Raise InternalClass issue when an internal class is used with e.g. instanceOf

* fix docs and tests

* Add return type declartion to code example in doc

* Don't allow class psalm-internal to overide a tighter method psalm-internal

* Break up long line

* Code style - move && from EOL to SOL

* Restore misplaced &&

* Fix code style

* Fix namespace fetching so it works
