A library to work with Telegram bot API dialog IDs.  

Created by Daniil Gentili (https://daniil.it).  

This library was initially created for [MadelineProto](https://docs.madelineproto.xyz), an async PHP client API for the telegram MTProto protocol.  

## Installation
