[2.0] Various fixes to fopen mode handling in SFTP Stream

* bantu/SFTPStreamTest-2.0:
  Explicitly set size to 0 when creating or truncating.
  mode[0] of 'c' is not supposed to truncate.
  Need to create the file when it does not exist and mode[0] is not 'r'.
  Add SFTPStreamTest::testFopenFcloseCreatesFile()

Installing Development Dependencies

Dependencies are managed via Composer.

  1. Download the composer.phar executable as per the Composer Download Instructions, e.g. by running

    curl -sS https://getcomposer.org/installer | php
    
  2. Install Dependencies

    php composer.phar install --dev
    

Contributing

    vendor/bin/phpunit
