Reports some supergroup channel messages from a user as spam messages

Parameters:

Name	Type	Required	Description
channel_id	CLICK ME int	Yes	Channel identifier
user_id	CLICK ME int	Yes	User identifier
message_ids	Array of CLICK ME int53	Yes	Identifiers of messages sent in the supergroup by the user, the list should be non-empty

Return type: Ok
