Delete the history of a supergroup/channel

Parameters:

channel	Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputChannel	Optional	The channel/supergroup
max_id	CLICK ME int	Yes	Maximum message ID to delete

Return type: Bool

Can bots use this method: YES
