YOU CANNOT USE THIS METHOD IN MADELINEPROTO
Bots only. Edits reply markup of an inline message sent via bot
Params:

reply_markup | ReplyMarkup | Yes | New message reply markup |
Return type: Ok
Example:
$MadelineProto = new \danog\MadelineProto\API();
