Upload a file and associate it to a chat (without actually sending it to the chat)

|media|[MessageMedia, Update, Message or InputMedia](/API_docs/types/InputMedia.html) | File uploaded in chunks as described in [files »](https://core.telegram.org/api/files) | Optional|
