Add AsStaticRef trait and let derive(AsRefStr) implement it ( #24 )
...
`#[derive(AsRefStr)]` will implement `AsStaticRef<str>`, and it
enables us to get `&'static str` by `AsStaticRef::<str>::as_static()`.
This will solve #23 .
